We had a great experience with Catherine Pendergast. She helped us to sell two properties this past year after we renovated each – a house in Glen Ellyn and a condo in Lisle. Catherine was always extremely responsive and had lots of good ideas that I had not thought of, which was of course, exactly what I wanted, since we had never sold a property before!
